Qualified Substance Abuse Counselor - 3 Qualified Counselor provides counseling that includes group therapy, seminars, and individual sessions. Topics will include drug/alcohol related issues, life skills, coping skills, and planning for recovery. Requires certified or registered substance abuse professional by the MSAPCB OR within 1 year of meeting the criteria and has a department approved written training plan.
